Autotime LLC needs someone who is skilled in administrative duties, can problem solve and think on their feet, and is good with customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
• General Office Management
• Order taking
• Invoicing
• Mailings
• Inventory
• Client Interaction and Customer Service
• Email Correspondence
• Coordinating Shipping/Delivery/Assembly Teams

Qualifications:
• Must have experience in Administrative position (send references)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communicator both over the phone and via email
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong aptitude for basic mathematics and working with numbers.
• Ability and experience to work independently to accomplish goals and objectives.
