Qualifications
• Some College/High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of office or customer service experience min.
• Must have high technical skills; including strengths in utilizing PCs, as well as Microsoft Office and proficiency in Adobe software
• Must have great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills

Duties
The Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with the office in a team-oriented environment, and will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support throughout the firm.
• Prepare and processes bills, invoices, receipts and statements
• Receives and responds to inquiries by providing directions, instructions, or other general information or referring such inquiries to the appropriate persons
• Takes incoming calls and records messages throughout the day
• Maintaining office supplies stocked and office cleanliness
