Description
Autotime LLC is seeking a motivated office manager to help play a role in our growth.
You will be #5 on the team and will be exposed to many facets of the business. General Description of Roles:
• Customer service
• Answering phones and customer questions
• Handling customer returns and order inquiries

• Entering and managing bulk orders
• Following up with customers and vendors regarding payment and logistics issues
• Ensuring all necessary logistics paperwork is completed and submitted

Purchasing / Sourcing / Demand Planning / Inventory Management
• Managing inventory levels at multiple warehouse locations for multiple marketplaces
• Placing purchase orders to vendors and tracking shipments to and from our warehouse

• Bookkeeping
• Manage expense reports and sales tracking
• Purchase order reconciliation and other basic bookkeeping

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in: sourcing, office management, sales, or bookkeeping
• Proven verbal and written skills
• Flexible problem solver who is able to find answers
• Process driven with attention to detail
