Description
Autotime LLC is seeking an experienced front office assistant with excellent interpersonal skills. This position is an integral part of our office.
The right applicant must be able to communicate clearly and directly with clients, manage multiple phone lines, schedule procedures and coordinate procedures with other office locations.
Our ideal candidate must be bright, efficient, and professional and trustworthy. Excellent organizational skills, punctuality and reliability are a must.
The right applicant must be able to communicate clearly and directly with clients, manage multiple phone lines, schedule procedures and coordinate procedures with other office locations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Some billing duties
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Filing
Prerequisites (if you do not have the following you need not apply):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of receptionist or equivalent experience with solid references
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must
- Computer data entry skills (familiarity with Word and Excel)
- Exceptional organizational skills, neatness, detail-orientation, and efficiency
- A team-player that interacts well with others and is able to maintain grace under pressure
