Autotime LLC is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist in a professional office Environment.
 
Ideal candidate will be able to multitask and support the Sales Department from initiation of orders to delivery.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Able to Multi-task and work in a fast-paced
- Follow up with the Sales team to ensure everything is processing accurately
- Accounting -- Posting A/R, matching payments to invoices, and posting
- Create Purchase Orders
- Good Computer Skills
- Coordinate with all departments to make sure all parts for products are delivered, in process and completed when needed.
 
Required Skills:
Customer Service
Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
Experience with QuickBooks a plus
Commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Must be a great Multi-Tasker
